Nuotuo Aluminium is a company integrating the R&D, manufacturing, and distributing of aluminium profiles for all types of windows and doors. It also produces a variety of aluminium profiles for construction, decoration and industry use.
Nuotuo locates in Sanshui, Foshan - the aluminium center of China, holding an area of 40,000 square meters as its manufacturing base. "Produce Top-quality Aluminium and Create Centennial Enterprise" is its motto. It has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14000 Environmental Management System Certification and has established a set of its own modern and scientific management system and quality contol system. Implying strictly 6S Management throughout production and quality control process ensures the top quality of the aluminium profiles it produces. Its dust-free workshop is the most clean and ordered workshop among all the aluminium factories in China.
At present, Nuotuo has 12 extrusion production lines, including large tonnage extrusion machines. It also has own horizontal and vertical powder coating lines, wood grain transferring lines, thermal break equipments, etc... In quality control process, microelectronic universal tension test machine and spectral analyzer are adopted. The annual production capacity is tons.

Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer with OEM/ODM service. "NUOTUO" is a famous brand in China.

A: In general, 10-15 days for existing moulds.
Q: How long it takes to make new moulds?
A: 7-10 days normally.
Q: How much is the mould cost?
A: It depends on the size of each profile.

Q: How can I get a sample?
A: For new clients, we will charge sample fee & courier fee which will be refunded in orders.

Q: Which way do you choose to calculate the weight?
A: Theoretical weight or real weight are both available for option. It is up to the client's requests.
Q: What is the length of profile you can produce?
A: 2-12m for powder coating profile and 2-7.3m for anodized profile.
